February 25, 2021 Dear Advisory Board Members: Please find below the agenda for our Advisory Board Meeting on Sunday, February 28, 2021 (2pm). 1 - Sulee Stinson Clay, Esq., Partner at McKennon Shelton & Henn LLP will discuss the Forum's plans to launch Reg. CF ($5 million) and Reg. A+ ($75 million) Offerings; 2 - Mario Delburm will discuss the Forum's plans to invest in the Fenton Avenue, Bronx, New York development; 3 - In-House Commercial Real Estate Lawyer - Derek Warner, Esq. - Law Offices of Derek Warner, Esq. 4 - Recruitment of New Advisory Board Members; 5 - Finance Report; 6 - Affinity Investment Groups - Black and Hispanic Medical Doctors Real Estate Fund (includes Psychiatrists, Dentists, Physician Assistants, Veterinarians and RN's); 7 - Formation of a 15 member, Executive Committee of the Advisory Board (Managed by the five Co-Chairpersons of which at least two will be men and two will be women: Askari Foy, MBA, CPA, Clem Turner, Esq., Derek Warner, Esq. - two more members to be named); 8 - Online Real Estate Forums - Imelba Rodriguez, Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker; 9 - The Thomas Lopez-Pierre Show - Andrew Joseph, Freelance Videographer - ASCJ Media Productions; 10 - New Business.
